Unfortunately if AJQ is liquidated, DGR receive nothing or some peanuts at most.
That $21M notes were unsecured. The secured notes received 99c in the $1. Our unsecured look like receiving zero.
How was it that DGR took such a high risk unsecured loan to prop up the loss making money pit that is AJQ?
And now needs to borrow at such high cost and dilution to save it. And it gets better. The loan is now taken and we dont even need the money.
