Nice post Arsenic!! I'm all in too. My old man had a horrible DGR (and SOLG) average SP when he died 12 months ago. I talked him into the orignial position and yes I felt horrible when we he had to sell up as I wanted him to be around to see Solgold get acquired - such is life.
Luckily though I have been able to accumulate and have doubled my holding in Solgold in last 12 months. I have also picked up a nice bag of shares here.
I have been in SOLG since 2012. Like you, I am happy to hold for as long as it takes. Its not if but when.
My SOLG position has cost me circa A$260k and I am of the belief that it will be 12x current price when taken over. I believe that is a conservative opinion because if we source capital from regional asset deals and a big NSR deal, this will allow us to start developing and so it will force the majors hands to move on us
