You obviously don't know what the word means. You are the individual who has referenced specific industry connections in support of your claims.
Claims by you that would have a material impact on the profitability of EDU.
Claims which subsequently turned out to be 100% wrong.
If you don't want your "industry connections" to be questioned then perhaps don't use them to support your statements in the first place (particularly when those statements of certainty are subsequently shown to be completely wrong).
As for failures of private providers I suspect that it might actually be helpful for other participants insofar as eliciting a degree of sympathy for the industry. As I've mentioned previously, it seems to me that EDU is relatively well-positioned compared to many of the others which is why this is the only company in the sector where I've taken a financial interest.
Notwithstanding all that, any investment in the sector is highly speculative imho.
