When looking through the unlisted property fund section, my final selections where the Charter Hall DIF4 and AU DPF. I opted with DPF as it seemed to have superior performance. I don't understand why the Charter Hall website only shows income yield figures and no growth performance figures. I had to calculate performance figures by looking at the unit price history and looking at 3rd party websites
