IMO the big - and indeed only - issue regardless of who’s in charge at a board level is money .

Potentially a deal with Delta to sell CVM Gogo Wifi kits to the Aero Mexico B737-800 fleet could earn some ?

It appears the first CVM Delta deal was expected to be in the order of US$6-7 million.

    Why hasn’t Delta done it?
It now has no eligible planes to install CVM wifi kits into but according to information already referenced on HC, Delta part owns Aero Mexico which has an eligible fleet, it also part owns the premises where AeroMexico is serviced, and it has done tests for SMN in that Mexican location in the past,
Plus it seems new price incentives announced as part of the restructuring would sweeten any deal.

Has Delta not come through because that Aero Mexico fleet of o36 eligible planes is not enough to warrant the spend when APB sensor approval - apparently with a wider market - is still potentially a year away or more?
Or not in sight at all.

If not from Delta, where will money to keep developing the CVM tech come from?

It sounds like the new Chairman is completely pissed off and the most important employee with regards developing the tech is also furious - holding current or incoming board members over a barrel by their short and curlies.

The new AEM CFO mentioned in Friday’s quarterly has not yet made it onto any websites.

How can ANYONE turn thus situation around without a MEGA load of dollars?
How much will all this cost a business that was appatently not even able to survive recently - despite its’ ~$5million cash raise - without a $200,000 grand loan from directors ?
