Although it is likely the Gogo Wi-Fiopportunity will be reduced somewhat following Delta’s decision to pursue otherWi-Fi options there is still an installed based for which the SVM solutionremains viable and will be pursued. More importantly the STC certificationreceived in relation to this application is the first validation of the SVMsolution from the FAA, and was granted after an extensive review. We believethis successful review will make certification for other applications “fasterand more certain” as communicated in the statement.
I can appreciate the wording aboutswitching focus to the aft pressure bulkhead application may have created theimpression that we were dropping the initial, and now certified, target butplease rest assured that that is not the case. There are in fact multipleopportunities being pursued by the team and the initial certification isinvaluable for all of them.
