As with any contract, there are conditions. I fail to see where MinRes has broken any mutually agreed conditions, so far.

"Conditions Precedent:"Sale of the Sale Assets contemplated by the Binding Heads of Agreement, the Full Form Agreement and Completion is conditional upon Purchaser’s satisfaction (or express written waiver) of the following conditions precedent (Conditions):"i. completion of legal due diligence on the Sale Assets to the reasonable satisfaction of Purchaser..."

Both parties agreed to a period of time to complete the DD. It appears that maybe they have seen something that we are not aware of. How can MinRes be faulted on that, if there is something that might be debatable?

Let it play out and see what eventuates before throwing shit, imo.
