That's exactly right. I have said this about Clee previously- IOU was one of his (if not THE) biggest cap raises and the IOU pay directors made him look like a clown by stealing the money. So he was highly motivated to get the ship righted.
I think a lot of the litigation is probably a matter of personal pride for him. Sending the directors to gaol is at least something even if you don't get the money back.
Money is a strong motivator but don't underestimate status and reputation.
The beast picks a literal nothing company with almost no money, and heads it to the stars. Then how much is his name worth? It's a risk for him to take but one well worth it as his stage of career, I think.
It would be interesting to see the T20 to see if he has bought in yet.
Tl:dr, stop stressing about the big boys messing with the share price. It goes up, it goes down, the company hasn't done anything yet. DYOR but IMO hold fast.
