Not quite right. The old BOD put it in the books and told shareholders they paid $21M, but if you dig deep you'll find that $21M was never received by IDSB. It was much less than that and the difference "disappeared". IOU was a complete leaky ship and IDSB was just one of many deals that had a smell about them under the old BOD. Hence some of the court cases now, though other parts will never see the light of day.
