    Up down up down, a new bottom will eventually form and the game will start again. Good bye 0.005c, 1c, 1.5c, 2c etc.

    New bottom may be 3.5-4c until next leg up or news determines which way the SP goes.

    Then the process rinse and repeats 5c, 7c, 10c+ etc.
