I have just made my complaint to the ASX, and im sure if enough of us do the same , ASX will pass this on to ASIC. better coming from them.
My view is if you are worried about your funds is, once REL comes back online no one will be wanting to invest , and im sure Nathan will be putting us in TH or VS for the next 24months and then de list the company.
If ASIC get involved then we might have a chance of retrieving some percentage of our investment back.
Ive always been taught you strike when the iron is hot, in business matters and soup is served cold in personal matters.
He dosent deserve to be CEO of any company, he is a public liability.
So instead of us thinking for ourselves, lets take in account future investors and the grief he will give them.
