I cant think of one Mega. In 2014 It was a straight forward deal with WOOJIN and at a premium too. If GUNVOR are goung to play hardball then WOOJIN way back in 2014 wanted the lot. So maybe they should go back to the very goid supportive Korean partners who have stood by TNG for ever. Maybe TNG want an option to hold some back for VRFB or maybe there some potential equity components that are in the background that just not ironed out. Pure speculation in my part.
