Is there an obligation to provide a written market update/announcement within a certain timeframe? If so any idea what that standard is? 24hrs? 48hrs?
My point being that the deal could be done as per schedule and it just hasn't been released yet. Patience is a virtue. The update will surely come in the next 2 business days one way or the other.
No news yet means nothing at all. We're in a Schrodinger's cat scenario.
