It seems @Bagman22 is correct.
I have just received an email response from Mike Rosenstreich and whilst I did not request an update re Egypt but rather an update re DD investigations through to 6 December his response is below.
The Egypt funding situation is not regarded as being material to the overall AR1 business or planned GBG transaction which is in progress. Therefore we are not making separate disclosures on this. The Funder has requested, what I hope will be a final extension to the 15 December.
