Ann: Update on Pybar Dispute, page-6

Reading between the lines it appears that:

1. PYBAR believe that the counter-claim lacks merit/baseless, therefore, has asked it to be struck out.
2. WPG will be amending its counter-claim, which is to be reviewed by Court on 11 July 2018.... presumable to counter point 1.... how much they amend it would be interesting.
3. WPG made the following announcement, Challenger lodges defence and counterclaim. The question is whether or not they would be making an announcement relating to the lodgement of an amended counterclaim.... I presume, that to comply with "Continuous Disclosure" requirements the will be required to make an announcement to the market.
4. If I was a shareholder, I would be asking WPG management to make sure the content of any amended counterclaim to be disclosed to the market.
