So basically the request they settle it via mediation didn’t work .
It will go to trial .
Pybar has asked for the WPG counter claim to be separated and the court agreed it would be heard separately but decided the same judge woukd be presiding .
I don’t expect the judge will be happy this is going to trial ...

Nice random link.... based on confirmation bias..... why didn't you provide a link to the Supreme Court of Congo.

... I presume, your confirmation bias also has led you to believe that mediation has failed... and the failure is all because of PYBAR.
