    There’s plenty of US based talent in the business now, so that is less of an issue now than previously. As I said before they do need a new CEO (US based), and hopefully they find the right person sooner rather than later. My point is that these guys have enough skin in the game to keep the ship together. It’s also in their internets as major shareholders to find a bloody good CEO and soon…
