Surely the picture is pretty clear to you now, pardon the pun? Stan has QFX by the balls. The only way they are going to relent on their control of QFX is by ensuring QFX never go anywhere near anything to do with media in the future. I can't see QFX going on as an entity as a movie/series entertainment provider. Anyone holding shares atm has lost everything. Any restructure taking into account the Stan value will massively dilute the current registry.
