While it would be good if the reasons for the rejection of these claims were made public, dont hold your breath.

"Any information on participation in the R&D Incentive programme is protected by the confidentiality provisions of the Research and Development Act 1986. It cannot be made public or conveyed to individuals outside the office of the Minister responsible for AusIndustry or to the nominated contact of the registrant as provided in the application form. Inappropriate release of this information may be a legislative offence."

For a technology company focusing on Research and Development to have a Research and Development rebate claim rejected is up there with losing a court case over a fake laboratory.  

It is important to note that the ASX still doesn't see an issue with the company - maybe this will open their eyes to all the BS that the company has been spinning to them.
