Maybe it's to do with the 50:1 consolidation that got approved.
Can someone who was at the meeting confirm that resolution 1 taken off the table because they were not sure about proxies; whatever this means. Maybe they're concerned it was being voted down.Apparently explained as "market changes" later.
Were there any cream pies thrown, ala murdoch???
