I'm confused, did they withdraw the resolution because MS would vote it down? It seems rediculous that they couldn't get the resolution up with the numbers he would have. i just don't get why the sale was even discussed at all if this is the end result. It looks like IMI will head for liquidation the way it is going. Hopefully the management will clarify what is happening.
