So as I read it, CAJ has been managing the MSI operations since March, and I assume that means benefiting from the cashflow and profit, but they haven't yet paid for it? Doesn't sounds too bad ;) Wonder what happens if the sale isn't approved by IMI... The clinics are already badged as Capitol clinics and run by CAJ staff.
