Watching this from the point of view of a CAJ holder. I sympathise with IMI since there's every indication you've been screwed over. There's every indication that the MSI clinic handover to CAJ substantially occured in March, with everything except the actual payment to IMI. So I'm interested to see what happens if the sale doesn't end up getting approved by shareholders.
I can't decided whether a) CAJ picked up a business for a bargain, or b) we got suckered in to buying loss making clinics that will now start sucking on our cashflows. Probably a bit of both.
