it certainly is disappointing that whoever was supposed to partake of the capital raising has apparently changed their mind ???, hopefully there will be someone else soon who can fill the breach
I think any decision to sell once ace is reinstated will have to be based on what actual deal is done rather than just because we've been in suspension for a very very long time , I remain cautiously optimistic for the medium to long term view of the lpg side of things ( assuming of cause we get recapitalized )
