well for the record, i understand this case which has concluded and is awaiting a decision was initiated by WISE to invalidate Kordamentha's appointment as Receivers and Managers of PLV (and WISE)

i can only assume a successful (GNR) judgement here is a pre-curser to going after WISE for the $$$ owed which in effect is to get the 50% of Cockatoo back via the JV provisions..
