Some would say its refreshing honesty.
You would have to be a fool to not realize they have to raise capital in the next quarter.
So therefore to me, this is a sign of the character of management, they will state the reality within the business rather than hide anything that is negative for shareholders. Means you can trust their reporting and their word.
