I agree with you in terms of having the right to do what he wants with his money. The part about "this share sale not a reflection of his outlook" is rubbish. If he actually had a positive outlook he would not be dumping 10m shares at this price. He could of easily waited a few months for the share price to appreciate and then liquidated. If he wants to prioritise his personal ventures, all power to him, but there is no way he should continue as a director.
