Andre is doing the right thing in light of the current difficult market conditions, and I think it is the best deal that can be on the table. Looks like he is also cognisant of dilutionary impact of the convertible share scheme on shareholders (pg 5 paragraph 5), and negotiated for it to be redeemable in the future (this 4 years) so we may be less diluted.
