Devil is in the details. Totally depends on how much convertible equity is issued and at what conversion price. That will dictate how much of a dilution impact on existing shareholders. I would be happy if conversion price is at 3c. I was dreaming that 10c share price was a reality in the short term but have a feeling this may only be achieved in the medium term because of convertible equity impact.
