I think @behne is on the money.... I contacted the management and asked about the delay in the expected "two week" announcement.... what I got from that discussion was pretty similar to what Behne said...

I must admit that I was more confused after the discussion than before... but looking forward to something positive now as the Cu price are strengthening.... someone has to be crunching numbers to come to the conclusion that 28,500 tpa at a future price of $3.50 per pound can be a profitable business....

this is a true case of RISK v REWARDS...
