Everyone should follow the lead of that one joker who placed a sell order at 5c, and pull out all orders below that.
On a more serious note, if things go well, Straits is likely to make a profit of around A$40M this year (average all-in cost $2.90/lb, average copper price $3.50/lb, 28500t guidance). As the average P/E ratio for this sector is around 10, that implies market cap of $400m, less $160m debt would put it at $240M. Am just basing my numbers off Tiger Resource stats, so DYOR and it's just IMO. While capital gains from share price rise is great, I am really eyeing for Straits to one day be a dividend-paying co again.
