That comment feels a bit off and extreme.
Although it is common that the back end of a project is when all the cost blow-outs happen and the most pain is felt.
Keeping in mind that the conditional capped “settlement” with Multi’s that they announced a couple of months back was less than favourable, I do worry for how they’re going to fund that final account, given that old mate Brucey is just about capped out at his 10% and I’m yet to see a solid funding/financing announcement from an institution.
