An opportune time for Vic Govt to using all the market noise, even if a lot is VFH (Federal) related, as good cover to reduce state funding to the private operators, whilst supporting TAFE. Vic Budget could do with some cash to spend on wage increases in the Public Sector. At least ACN is keeping the market informed with regular market announcements. Must be tough on Management and a distraction from running the business. DYOR.
