Now that shit has hit the fan - crap all quality from the CEO
This happens alot in the real world - where its all talk and perception and move up.
Look at liz Tuss - she nearly collapse the whole UK economy.
and the worst thing is another poor donkey has to come in and fix the whole mess up in the real world - its some low paying admin staff./ middle managemnt.
