The wording in the announcement and Emma's scripted answers at the conference call indicated the issues flagged by the UK regulator are similar to the concerns raised by the Irish regulator. She went on to clarify that the concerns from the UK regulator do not pertain to specific transactions that were incompliant but more so around governance control and risk measures.

The issues in Ireland have now been known for almost 18 months, so one would ask why have they not implemented the same "robust" measures and framework that Emma continues to refer to in all her updates, in other jurisdictions such as UK.

Many here think this stock is oversold and undervalued, but if that is the case why are the directors not buying shares on market. If indeed this was very cheap, you would think they would rush to refinance their houses to buy more shares but we haven't seen any on-market purchases.

Forget using their personal funds, EML haven't commenced their "opportunistic" buyback and the SP has now dropped over 50% since they first announced the buyback program two months ago. Perhaps they don't see much value at this level - talk about putting your money where your mouth is.

PFS is a cancer that they should get rid of.
