I don't think a cap raise will be necessary, given the interest earnings that they'll continue to receive. There is however a chance they'll cancel their buy back off the back of reduced revenue and the $7.9m they'll potentially be losing from the Sentential Fraud. All in all just dire straits until they can come up with some positive outcomes with CBI.
