The announcement yesterday did not say the company have not satisfied compliance.
If compliance, which by the way was raising money and consolidation etc,, the ASX would not have given them approval to list on the ASX, in fact if compliance had not been done there would not have been a meeting by the incompetent ASX in the first place.
The conditions they refer to is things like founders signing escrow agreements for VNX shares which could not be done till they had approval for VNX shares.
If people cannot understand this and agree with flip and flop then is it any wonder stocks perform in strange ways when trading,
