The founders of Vonex cannot sign an escrow agreement for VNX shares until the ASX approves VNX shares, can they???? No of course not,
It is also no requirement for ASX to see cr money in bank account until ASX approve the listing, which they took 4 attempts to actually come through at the meetings,
