    No. The asx rules state that: "if any Director or employee possesses Price Sensitive Information, the person must not trade in their securities or advise others or procure others to trade in the securities...."

    There is a time limit on that. So if Christmas Creek is about to be announced they can't buy DOW shares until after the announcement is made.

    With the RSPT effectively gone, FMG is already announcing its expansion plans....

    Today: "BC Iron signs Nyiyaparli Infrastructure Agreement."

    Tomorrow: "Downer signs.... $6 billion???"
