Best chance of a take-over is from Woodside IMO.
They will not want another party in the JV if they wish to sell down equity to manage project risk because the pre-emptive rights will limit the price that they could achieve. Parties will be reluctant to engage in a sale process if they are only going to get pre-empted. A takeover from woodside will also allow them the manage the Gambia field extension to their advantage
