Its usually unanimous to avoid the very situation that has arisen where what is viable for one company is not for another for variety of reasons, in this case to do with financing rather than project economics. Also seen situations where one half of a JV has an infra-structure position whereas the other half doesn't so a project was only viable for half the JV.
