yep, agreed, lmm not going anywhere, also fully continuing to support company's operations, looks business as usual in terms of work to restart mine, etc...there might have been some promises made after last DOCA which weren't honoured so given arbitrary minimum amount they set for the raise (which was never going to happen given restrictions which they knew), this looks to be a smart play to sort it out once and for all. note, they have more say in this admin given the secured loan they recently gave, and the proposed DOCA will pay out all creditors, etc, and provide a benefit for shareholders. also note coal prices are going up quickly again so prospects for the mine looking good. every incentive to get it done quickly. we await the details of this DOCA.
