This is what has happened. Don't ask me how I know.
Telstra was pissed with Dicker Data distribution deal right after cleansing notice about Telstra. They wanted exclusivity but was neither willing to commit for a min contract nor white label.
However, even through Dickerdata, Telstra will be involved for data plans as OHM is now device/security certified on the network.
I believe this is better for BUD. Jason Hall is motivated and see great future for IoT, not to mention their existing portfolio and ability to offer package deal to clients. I am confident they will turn out to be a great partner for BUD.
On other important note, it is naive on lot of posters here to hung up on Telstra. There is a much bigger fish to fry globally which was well explained by
@goldbear77 and BUD is well placed to take it on globally.
It will be utterly disappointing if this time next year we aren't sitting on very sizable revenue.
