i happened to top up yesterday at 14.5 just prior to the TH, thought i was going ok when the TH came in

I don't think this is entirely bad, Telstra is a monster and Ohm would've just been another catalogue item for them, sure they have the sales leads and installers available, but so do other potentials. If they had $20m sales a year it'd still be pittance for them. Would rather work with a distributor where $20m meant something to their bottom line. Dicker data sound on board, and are happy with the buddy terms, so i'm happy with that.
