My opinion is that Telstra are a pain to deal with at the best of times. They have massive problems with internal communication and bureaucracy and rarely work to benefit anyone other than themselves. Not a great partner to have at the best of times. Mark my words, Telstra will come back on the negotiating table at a later stage once OHM builds steam (but this time Buddy will be in control of the negotiations).
