Too true. Anybody who really thinks that the delay in finalising the announcement regarding these deals is unique or a sign of a major problem has probably not had any real-life experience of takeovers and mergers, particularly those involving more than two parties.
To me, the delay is simply a sign of the complex nature of the acquisitions (which is what the company has stated), and unfounded doom and gloom speculation by shareholders is unhelpful and counter-productive. I would suggest leaving such uninformed comments to the non-holders, who each has his or her own reasons for unfounded criticism of QBL.
