How are they going to soften the blow to shareholders of a 12 month delay, and no JV partner currently being interested.
My expectation is that they are going to use the time to do more drilling, at least that's what they'll probably say.
They may also spin it by saying they've decided now to build a small pilot plant while they wait out the market downturn.
They need to wait for the lithium market to turn.
I expect the delay primarily concerns plant construction.
They should now inform shareholders soon, rather than delaying any announcement.
I for one will be very interested to read the spin doctor language put on that announcement, though it will probably simply reiterate lithium market downturn-downturn-downturn.
