at the time of inking the previous JV the NPV was $1.2B USD. Next month the updated financials will be released and based on numbers thrown around so far am expecting the NPV to be closer to the $2B USD mark, this puts INR in a better position to negotiate a new JV deal with a new equity partner and they have had the understanding this was likely to happen for ~4 months now (this is why FID kept moving back from what was meant to be Dec last year). So hopeful the announcement of a new equity partnership does not take excessively long.
