Just going to throw this out there… it’s in a country run by a Businessman who has signed an executive order to creat a sovereign wealth fund, and wants the American people to own their own assets that make them a return on their capital to help pay off crippling debt… wouldn’t get a financial partner stronger than America!… from the get go every partner has been American focused, SSW was the odd one out, their announcement “we don’t agree with the lithium price assumption $25k” was weak, particularly when the JV worked at $11k USD lithium carb close to current prices and the project has been stress tested to $3.5K lithium… they likely spent the 4 months looking for a loan and couldn’t get one after they had to value some assets closer to their true value last Q…
