Was about to use “provisional pole position” to describe it (watching F1 testing…) lol, but the numbers thrown around are 2021, think a new JV deal would be for $750M (keep in mind the revised loan told us both sides of the JV would need about $250M more each to fill the gap and it’s likely SSW couldn’t find $750M total). And assume NPV of about $1.7B USD (again the revised loan suggested at least a 40% increase in value to support the increased loan, and if you agree price assumption $25k per tonne then the NPV could be close to $1.7-2.1B mark. This would put it (a new JV deal) at $750M for about 35-45%.
